Aubrey spent 10+ years as a General Manager of multi-unit operations in the B2B industry — running the business, managing the P&L, and leading teams across multiple locations. She knows what it looks like inside a portfolio company: the thin leadership team, the competing priorities, the operational complexity that doesn’t slow down just because a major initiative needs to get done. 

That operating background is what makes Synergy Execution Associates different. Aubrey isn’t a consultant who has observed businesses from the outside. She has run them. She understands what a portco CEO is dealing with when a new system needs to go live or an integration needs to close — and she knows how to step in, own the execution layer, and drive the work forward without adding friction to an already-stretched team.

Her experience spans PE-backed companies, Fortune 500 organizations, and non-profits, across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, Sales and Service. She has managed the project layer while subject matter experts owned the technical work — which is exactly the model Synergy Execution Associates delivers.
